Are you a detail-driven financial planning professional who thrives on turning complex client needs into clear, actionable advice?
Nedbank Private Wealth specializes in wealth management using a bespoke approach for high-net-worth individuals and are currently seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to join our Cape Town and Durban offices.
This is a position that will support Wealth Managers directly in servicing existing and potential clients.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform portfolio reviews, prepare records of advice/review
- Prepare financial projections where required.
- Understanding of investment and financial planning strategies for high-net-worth, Juristic and individual clients.
- An understanding of the different financial solutions available in the marketplace, including the specialisms in investment, insurance, pension and tax
- Understanding of investment and financial planning strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requirements
- Professional, ethical and discreet, acting always in the best interests of clients
- Effective time and caseload management with a flexible approach to business hours
- Organized, with a strong attention to detail, able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

You must have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills, work within a team, and anticipate client questions as well as business needs.
Qualified candidates will be detail oriented, structured and have a high degree of follow through. Working as a paraplanner requires good teamwork, hard work, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements- Bachelor of Commerce/Finance/lnvestments/Economics
- 3 years' Private Banking/ Investment House and Para-Planning experience.
