As a Mixologist, you will showcase your creativity, expertise, and passion for mixology in a luxurious and dynamic environment. You will create and prepare innovative cocktails and beverages that exceed guest expectations. You will develop and update cocktail menus in collaboration with the Beverage Manager. You will provide exceptional service and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience. You will also maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency in beverage preparation.

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar or luxury hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and ingredients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in Mixology or Bartending is preferred
