Job Summary
A Front Desk Supervisor supervises front desk operations, manages Guest requests, and ensures high standards of service. The role involves overseeing the interaction between Guests, the hotel, and other departments.

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts to maintain a consistently high standard.
• Ensure shift team is knowledgeable about hotel products, services, pricing, promotions, and daily VIP and special events.
• Inform shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel.
• Monitor appearance, standards, and performance of team members emphasizing training and teamwork.
• Maximize sales revenue through upselling and marketing programs.
• Manage Guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and completely.
• Maintain the professional appearance of the front desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest service.

• Front office experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector.
• Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstrated sales capabilities.
• Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service.

• A relevant supervisory/management certificate, diploma or degree.
