Food and Beverage Service Ambassador / Waitron

Our Food and Beverage Service Ambassador is responsible for ensuring our guests receive world-class service, award-winning cuisine, and memorable experiences at our conference and events, room service, bars, restaurants, and lounge.

You will work in any food and beverage outlet and prepare the area for service, welcome and seat guests, and serve guests from the start to the finish of their dining or conference experience while providing personalised guest experiences, upselling products, and meeting targets.

You require relevant upmarket restaurant experience in a 4
* or equivalent environment, with a background in using micros and speed point machine operations. You are able to work various shifts across multiple functions (restaurant, room service, lounge, conference, and events).

You should demonstrate a neat and professional appearance at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience is always maintained. Your Food & Beverage Service operations skills within an upmarket environment will showcase your ability to deliver exemplary service. You possess comprehensive product knowledge of the hotel and the city, allowing you to offer valuable insights to our guests.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as is your familiarity with menu terminology, menu & wine knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of the current menu & wine list. Your selling skills will enable you to promote our offerings effectively, and your ability to use technology, including mobile devices, will ensure efficient service delivery.
