As a Restaurant Manager with my client, you will be a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for service excellence and team culture. You will uphold luxury benchmarks (including Forbes standards and comparable international frameworks), ensure operational discipline, and deliver memorable guest journeys—day in, day out.

• A strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and a genuine passion for service

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams

• Operational confidence across FOH systems, service flow, and quality control
