Role Overview

The Seasonal Spa Reservationist will manage spa bookings, support the spa team, and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage spa reservations, appointments, and scheduling efficiently

• Welcome and assist guests with enquiries via phone, email, or in person

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information

• Support the spa team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

• Promote spa services and treatments to guests

• Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
