• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in inspecting and ensuring the cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
• Report any malfunctions to the maintenance department.
• Anticipate and respond to the diverse requirements and needs of the resort’s clientele.
• Supervise the maintenance staff (30–50 employees).
• Monitor stock conditions, identify supply needs, and place orders.
• Check that work complies with Club Med’s high‑quality standards.
• Collaborate with relevant departments (room staff, laundry, catering) and use the resort’s facilities fully.
• Guarantee quality of services, compliance with health and safety rules, and maintain resort assets.
