Job Overview

A well-established Hotel & Conference Facility is seeking a reliable and well-presented Casual Hospitality & Estate Assistant to support daily guest operations.

This role involves transporting guests across the estate, assisting during conferences and events, and supporting the hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate is professional, responsible, and comfortable working in a dynamic, events-driven environment.

• Safely transport guests around the estate (estate vehicle / golf cart)
• Assist during conferences, functions, and events
• Provide professional and friendly guest interaction
• Support front-of-house and operational teams
• Assist with general estate duties as required
• Ensure safety standards and presentation are maintained at all times

• Valid South African driver’s license (essential)
• Confident driver with a clean driving record
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Well-groomed and professionally presented
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Hourly rate. Shift allocation is aligned to operational and event requirements.
