Spa Manager | Business Manager

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual for a Spa Manager role at a successful and well established spa in Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for a business management graduate with at least three to five years of business management experience who is looking to build a long term career in the spa and wellness industry. Previous spa experience is not required.

• Full responsibility for the overall performance and profitability of the spa
• Managing budgets, forecasts and financial controls
• Driving revenue growth, cost management and operational efficiency
• Leading, motivating and developing the full spa team
• Overseeing pricing, scheduling, stock control and supplier relationships
• Ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction

• A degree in business management or a related field
• At least three to five years of business management experience
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills
• Proven leadership and people management ability
• A clear interest in hospitality and wellness and a desire to build a career in the spa industry
