A luxury Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house teams
- Ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience
- Manage labour, stock control, and cost of sales
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury hospitality
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial and stock control knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving ability
- Professional presence with a guest-focused mindset
