An exclusive collection of 26 highly sought-after luxury cottages along the West Coast is seeking a dynamic, hands‑on Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance standards, and owner and guest experience across the portfolio.

These properties are owned by both a central company and private individuals and operate as premium short-term luxury rentals when not in owner use. The role requires someone who understands the nuance of managing high‑value properties while balancing the expectations of luxury guests and exacting owners.

This is not a desk role. This is a highly visible, operational, relationship‑driven position suited to someone who thrives on delivering seamless service and maintaining impeccable property standards.

• Oversee daily operational management of 26 luxury cottages
• Ensure all properties are maintained to exceptional luxury standards
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Liaise closely with property owners, maintaining strong professional relationships
• Oversee guest readiness, ensuring cottages are flawlessly prepared for arrivals
• Resolve guest or owner concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Manage housekeeping coordination and quality control
• Monitor property condition, reporting, and improvement planning
• Ensure smooth operational flow across seasonal occupancy fluctuations

• 2 – 5 years’ experience in luxury property, villa, or hospitality management
• Proven experience managing high‑end guest or owner expectations
• Strong operational and maintenance coordination experience

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Hands‑on, proactive, and solution driven
• Confident managing both luxury guests and high‑net‑worth property owners
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Operationally strong with the ability to juggle multiple properties
