Responsibilities- Ensure guests receive world‑class service, award‑winning cuisine, and memorable experiences at conferences & events, room service, bars, restaurants and lounges.
- Conduct training with Commi and Demi Chefs to meet culinary service standards.
- Ensure service runs efficiently while monitoring and maintaining guest experience, providing personalised attention to every guest.
- Culinary‑related tertiary qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy, up‑market establishment.
- Ability to work various shifts across multiple kitchens and outlets.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Strong commitment to food hygiene and safety.
- Knowledge of culinary arts, hotels, competitors, and the city.
