We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Hotel General Manager to take the reins of a high-volume, top property in the heart of Cape Town.
This role is for a confident leader who blends luxury service excellence with commercial sharpness and corporate know-how.
What You’ll Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hotel Operations
- 10+ years’ experience as a General Manager within a 5-star hospitality environment
- Strong exposure to corporate structures, hotel operations, and commercial performance
- Proven success managing high-volume guest operations
- A hands-on leadership style with an eye for detail and brand standards
- Financially savvy, data-driven, and comfortable driving profitability
- A passion for delivering standout guest experiences at scale
- South African citizenship
- Cape Town–based candidates preferred
