We are looking for an experienced professional receptionist who embodies luxury hospitality and guest care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations
  • Provide accurate information and resolve guest queries
  • Maintain guest profiles and ensure service personalization
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless stays
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel front office role
  • Hospitality qualification required
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and administrative skills
  • Professional appearance and calm demeanor
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
