Casual Hospitality & Estate Assistant

Job Overview

A well-established Hotel & Conference Facility is seeking a reliable, hands-on Casual Hospitality & Estate Assistant to support daily guest and estate operations.

This role involves transporting guests across the estate, assisting during conferences and events, and supporting the hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate is professional, responsible, and comfortable working in a dynamic, events-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests across the estate (estate vehicle / golf cart)
• Confidently operate vehicles in varying weather and event conditions
• Assist during conferences, functions, and events
• Provide professional and friendly guest interaction
• Support front-of-house and operational teams
• Assist with general estate duties as required
• Ensure safety standards and presentation are maintained at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Valid South African driver’s license (essential)
  • Must be able to drive a manual vehicle
• Reside in or near Durbanville, Brackenfell or Kuils River
• Physically fit and comfortable assisting with operational and estate-related tasks in a busy environment
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Well-groomed and professionally presented
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Remuneration

Hourly rate. Shift allocation aligned to operational and event requirements.
