URGENT VACANCY: FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

Salary: R12 500 CTC per month (depending on experience)

A well-established hospitality establishment based in Goodwood, Cape Town is urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations

• Ensure excellent service delivery across banqueting, in-room dining and restaurant operations

• Manage staff performance, schedules, and discipline

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service

• Assist with stock control and operational procedures

• Handle guest queries and resolve service issues professionally

NON-NEGOTIABLE Requirements:

• 3-year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent Hospitality National Diploma

• 3–4 years Food & Beverage experience, including:

  • Banqueting

  • In-room dining

  • Restaurant operations

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Available to start immediately
