The President Hotel in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager (Dinner Service) to lead our evening dining experience and deliver exceptional guest moments every night. You will oversee reservations, service flow, VIP hosting, and dietary requirements while coaching a high-performing front-of-house team.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury hotel dining leadership, strong F&B knowledge, wine expertise, and proficiency with reservation and POS systems.
