Manager, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Hospitality Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our venue. If you are passionate about guest service, enjoy working with people, and have a strong eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the senior management team with daily operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Supervise and support FOH teams (waiters, hosts, bar staff, etc.)
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Maintain service standards and help drive team performance
• Assist with staff training, rostering, and team communication
• Monitor cleanliness, service flow, and overall guest satisfaction
• Contribute to smooth opening and closing procedures

• Minimum 3 years’ hospitality experience in a supervisor or similar role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for customer service and teamwork
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
