A prestigious upmarket 5-star hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead its award-winning F&B operation.
This is a senior leadership role suited to a polished hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury hotel environments, exceptional people leadership skills, and a hands‑on approach to delivering world‑class guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For- SA Local citizen
- Diploma in Hospitality
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role within a 5-star hotel
- Strong background in luxury hospitality operations
- Exceptional staff management, coaching, and leadership abilities
- Proven experience managing large teams across restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service operations
- Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, stock management, and service standards
- Ability to drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence
- Professional, well-presented, and service-driven
- Oversee the full Food & Beverage operation across all outlets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team
- Maintain 5-star service standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Control food and beverage costs, stock, and supplier relationships
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team to deliver seamless operations
