Our client, supported by Talent Sam, is a fast-growing, mobile-first digital organization that helps companies scale and become category leaders through data-driven and AI-powered marketing solutions. Their capabilities include strategic planning, full-funnel organic growth (SEO / ASO / AEO), creative development, digital transformation, and intelligent media planning and execution.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our client’s growing team. This role requires hands-on recruitment experience, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and close collaboration with hiring managers across regions.

What will you do?
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, with full hands-on ownership

  • Proactively source candidates through Linked In and additional channels

  • Work closely with hiring managers, managing roles remotely and across multiple time zones

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide relevant market insights

  • Take an active part in the onboarding process

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Support and promote employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally

What are we looking for?
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment – required

  • Proven experience working remotely and collaborating with global teams – required

  • Background in a recruitment agency or a dynamic, fast-paced company – required

  • Strong sourcing capabilities – required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workload

  • Experience recruiting for US and/or EU markets – a strong advantage

  • Experience recruiting for Marketing roles (e.g., PPC, SEO, Performance, Creative) – an advantage

  • Experience in the Marketing / Advertising industry – an advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field – preferred

  • Highly organized, proactive, and a strong team player
