• Support the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging with German-speaking candidates
• Conduct initial assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications and alignment with the company culture
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clearly understand and fulfill job requirements
• Facilitate smooth candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
• Utilize diverse recruitment platforms and tools to promote job openings and attract top talent
• Contribute to team discussions offering fresh insights for enhancing talent support initiatives
• Engage in continuous professional growth through training and development opportunities

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential, with English proficiency as a beneficial addition
• A friendly and proactive attitude towards supporting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process
