A relevant B
- Tech or First Degree in Human resources or related field
8 years’ relevant experience within H.R. of which 5 years should be within the talent management environment
Computer Literacy
Valid Code 8 License

Key Performance Areas

To develop, guide and advise branches / departments in the planning & implementation of people management strategies, functions & activities.
Implement the talent attraction, retention and development strategies.
To develop & implement strategic workforce plans.
Coordinate & implement training & development programmes & interventions related to Workforce plans & WSP.
Monitor, support, evaluate & report on the implementation of IPM.
To assess, align & implement organisational design interventions.
Coordinate organisational development initiatives.
Develop & Implement EE & diversity initiatives.
Manage employee relations in the departments.
Support the Implementation of employee wellness interventions.
Engage with the relevant internal & external stakeholders.
