We are seeking a Leadership Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruitment professional who thrives on headhunting top‑tier talent and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high‑impact hires. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging leadership and specialized technical candidates across multiple global markets while building strong pipelines to support future growth.

This role requires flexibility to work hours aligned with the United States, Canada and the Philippines, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders across these time zones.

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively headhunt and engage leadership and niche technical talent across the U.S., South Africa, United Kingdom, and Philippines.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening through to the offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and talent strategies.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill and high‑impact roles.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for leadership and technical positions.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify top talent.
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to uncover passive candidates.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with company values and employer brand.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and workflow management within the ATS.
Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on headhunting and direct sourcing.
  • Must have proven experience recruiting high‑level roles in the U.S., South Africa, United Kingdom, and Philippines.
  • Demonstrated success hiring mid‑to‑senior and leadership‑level talent across international markets.
  • Experience recruiting within technology and technical environments.
  • Hands‑on experience using sourcing platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, and iCIMS.
  • Strong proficiency in Boolean search and creative sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing requisitions independently.
  • Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, research‑driven mindset with a passion for identifying hard‑to‑find talent.
