Job Advert Summary
Eduvos is looking to employ a HR Employment Contract Administrator on a fixed-term basis, to be based at any of your National campuses.
Type of role:
1 year Fixed-term appointment
Purpose of the role:
To administer the end-to-end lifecycle of all employment- and independent contract-related agreements, ensuring compliance with labour laws, immigration requirements and internal governance while maintaining data integrity between employment contracts and teh Payroll function.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualification requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Minimum Experience requirement:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR administration, contract management, or a similar role
As the HR Employment Contract Administrator you will be responcible for the following:
Administer contract renewal process
- Drafting & Issuance:
Execute the drafting and distribution of all renewal contracts (Fixed-Term, and Independent Contractors) across all business functions. - Administrer the end-to-end renewal process, including triggering reminders, securing departmental approvals, and issuing renewal documentation.
Contract template management
- Version Control:
Manage the implementation of contract template updates to ensure the business utilizes the most current contract templates.
Administer Foreign National contract management process
- Immigration Oversight:
Monitor visa status for foreign national contractors, ensuring that service end-dates are strictly aligned with visa expiry to mitigate legal risk.
Database management - content management
- Maintain an updated or current databases of ICA and Casuals.
- Maintain a "single source of truth" database containing all contract holders information.

- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS and Adobe or equivalent tools
