Administrator: Payroll

Responsibilities

• PAYROLL SYSTEMS
  SAP/Related Payroll system processing and data integrity.
• Administer all payroll input and all related employee information on the system according to procedure and management instruction.
• Testing when configuration changes are applied.
• Assist on payroll/HR projects.

• Process and review weekly, monthly and vessel payrolls, including all new appointments, terminations, transfers, increases, allowances and all other adhoc input paid for month.
• Distribute and trace checking and sign-off reports.
• Handle all payroll queries courteously and professionally.
• Prepare Payments for monthly Payrolls.
• Monthly 3rd party administration (as instructed)

• Assist with all audit requirements.

• Ensure filing is up to date for easy query solving and audit checks
• Resolve Payroll queries as per agreed SLA
• Monthly/weekly and adhoc reports
• Provide Payroll Stats Weekly for the presentation of the KPI's for your area

• Grade 12
• Payroll Diploma
• SAPA Registered (South African Payroll Association)
• 2- 4 years SAP Payroll Experience
• 2
  -3 years in a Shared Services Environment
• 2 - 3 years strong analytical capabilities
