We are seeking an experienced AVP Rewards & Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and management of our global compensation and benefits programs. In partnership with the Global Rewards team, you will ensure our practices are internally equitable, market competitive, and aligned with organizational performance and affordability.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement all aspects of employee rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and short-term incentives.
- Lead review and design of C&B policies in partnership with the Global Rewards team.
- Benchmark salary and benefits data; participate in industry surveys.
- Drive and manage annual processes like Merit Increases, Bonus, and Equity programs.
- Monitor and design hiring ranges with Recruitment, HRBP, and business partners.
- Manage short-term and long-term incentive plans; evaluate effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in compensation decisions.
- Maintain and communicate C&B policies effectively to employees.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, pricing, and job evaluations.
- Manage HR data processes, resolve errors, and coordinate with shared services.
- Prepare reports and analyses of compensation data; advise HR Business Partners and Management.
- Oversee employee benefit benchmarking and manage company benefit broker relationships.
- Deep knowledge of industry Remuneration & Benefits, local legislation, and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical and data acumen
- Strategic and commercial thinking
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Effective conflict management and negotiation skills
- Clear and confident communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- 10+ years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits; at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills; experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience in ITES/KPO/Analytics industries
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving methods and operational efficiencies
