We are looking for a Recruiter with a focus on leadership hiring, who enjoys sourcing and connecting with talented candidates. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with some experience supporting leadership or technical hires, and who wants to grow their skills in global recruitment.

You will support hiring managers in identifying and reaching out to potential candidates, helping to build pipelines for leadership and technical roles. The role requires working US hours and a proactive, research-driven approach.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sourcing and engagement of leadership and niche technical talent across the U.S., South Africa, United Kingdom, and Philippines
  • Assist in recruitment processes from initial sourcing through to the offer stage
  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Contribute to targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles
  • Help maintain talent pipelines for leadership and technical positions
  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidates
  • Use Boolean search and creative sourcing methods to uncover passive talent
  • Support a positive candidate experience aligned with company values
  • Keep recruitment data and workflow up to date within the ATS
  • CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years’ recruitment experience, with some exposure to leadership or mid-level hiring
  • Experience recruiting across international markets (U.S., UK, South Africa, Philippines advantageous)
  • Exposure to technology or technical roles
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Linked In, indeed, iCIMS, or similar
  • Ability to conduct Boolean searches and creative sourcing techniques
  • Comfortable supporting requisitions independently and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, research-driven, and results-oriented mindset
