Human Resources Manager

Bellville South, Cape Town | CTC R35 000 to R50 000 per month

The Role:

Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire HR function within the organization. This role exists to drive organizational development, ensure legislative compliance, and implement effective talent strategies that align with the company's performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full HR function with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain all HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage remuneration structures, including salary benchmarking and payroll administration.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and update job descriptions.
  • Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary processes and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate BBBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development submissions.

About You

  • 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Completed post-matric qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience with payroll systems (SAGE), HR software, and benchmarking tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
  • Assertive and proactive mindset with a positive attitude toward a fast-paced environment.
