Minimum requirements:

Draft and prepare bond registration documents with precision

Liaise with major banks and financial institutions

Attend to bond instructions from inception to lodgement and registration

Conduct FICA compliance and ensure all regulatory requirements are met

Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and deeds office officials

Monitor timelines to ensure smooth and efficient registration processes

Manage post-registration follow-ups and final accounts
