A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Paralegal with strong FNB bond experience to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is confident handling bond files and working closely with banks, clients, and attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Handling FNB bond instructions and bond registration processes

Liaising with FNB, clients, and attorneys

Preparing and checking bond documentation

Managing files from instruction through to registration

Ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted timeously

Minimum requirements:

Proven experience with FNB Bonds (non-negotiable)

Previous experience working in a conveyancing / bond department within a law firm

Ability to manage bond registrations and related documentation

Strong administrative and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
