Area Manager – Casual Dining (Hospitality Group) Cape Town, South Africa

Salary: R40 000 CTC per month (no added benefits)

An established hospitality group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operational performance of multiple casual dining restaurants. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with operational, health, and safety standards, and consistent profitability across all restaurants.

Responsibilities

Supporting and coaching General Managers, monitoring P&Ls, implementing corrective action plans for underperforming stores, conducting regular store visits and audits, and ensuring effective labour, cost, and quality control.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and flexibility to work across different trading hours.
