Description
* Work stream lead for all new business implementations and growth projects
* Preparation of tender documents for capitalized projects prior to distribution to preferred suppliers
* Co-ordinate with the local facilities teams the implementation of facilities capitalized projects
* Provide leadership on the planning and implementation of the project
* Set up a project plan which defines the scope, objectives and goals of the project
* Plan, schedule and monitor project timelines and milestone achievement
* Coordinate schedule and reporting with the project team
* Management of the facilities work stream budget
* Coordination with critical support groups to ensure adherence to regulatory and Quality requirements
* Initiate and follow up the facilities change control/request process where necessary
* Ensure accuracy of data, e.g. verify costs, works orders, sub-contractor schedules and invoices, etc.
* Produce weekly project status reports for all capitalized projects
* Undertake departmental information health checks and maintain site information records
* Respond to telephone, verbal and written requests for information, where appropriate supply information either to manager or direct to enquirer
* Update departmental records and plans to reflect accurate estate information
* Liaising with the Compliance department to ensure the Facilities team are aligned to audit schedules
* Management of estate diagrams ensuring all changes and new premise site plans are up to date and version controlled
* Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors and facilities representatives
* Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money
* Planning for future development within the estate in line with strategic business objectives
* Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
* Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises;
* Quality assurance by checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
* Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibilityor
