Listed on the JSE in 2015 and ranked in the Sunday Timestop 100 companies, Stor-Age seeks to appoint a Facilities Co-ordinatorto be primarily based at our Head Office in Claremont, Cape Town.

The successful candidatewillbe responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive preventative maintenance program across all buildings and equipment for our UK and South Africa porfolio of propertiesaligned with the company’s core values of excellence, sustainability,relevance,and integrity, stipulated within our:

  • Standard operating policies and procedures
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Occupational health and safety requirements
  • Employee relations legislation
The successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Responsible for all Third-party planned preventative maintenance and repair coordination across the UK and South Africa by overseeing the scheduling and records of maintenance, service reports and compliance documents.
  • Assist with the management of PV systems across the UK and South Africa by monitoring and completing a performance analysis of the PV systems across both markets.
  • Assist with administration work across the UK and South Africa by preparing weekly Repairs and Maintenance reports and filing compliance documents.
  • Involvement in certain aspects of Health and Safety across the UK and South Africa by reviewing General Risk and Fire Risk Assessments and instruct any recommendations.
  • Carry out a Facilities Management role at Head Office in South Africa by overseeing the day-to-day facilities and office maintenance.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • A minimum of Grade 12 education.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
  • An understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to carry out building and property inspections.
  • The ability to accept direction and work indpendently without close supervision.
  • Are prepared to work 45 hours per week over a 5 day week.
  • Live in close proximity to the areas advertised.
Package & Remuneration

A market-related salary of between R38 000 - R42000will be offered.
