Head of Sales

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales function to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent people management skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will work closely with the Marketing and Forecast Planning teams to develop sales strategies, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence.

Duties:

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets

• Set daily sales goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions where needed

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge

• Collaborate with Marketing and Forecast Planning to develop seasonal sales strategies

• Prepare and submit accurate management reports on time

• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures and the Disciplinary Code are consistently followed

• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and implement succession planning

• Track market trends and recommend improvements to sales strategies

• Ensure all systems are kept up to date (e.g., , iSync)

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a sales environment

• Proven experience in performance management and team leadership

• Strong reporting, analysis, and communication skills

• Client services background

• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
