Senior Industrial Psychologist (OD Consultant)

- Master’s degree in industrial or organisational psychology
- Registration as an Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
- Five (5) years or more experience as an IOP/OD/leadership development consultant within a large, complex organisation
- Proven experience in:
- Leadership development facilitation and intervention delivery
- Organisational diagnostics and suitable team enablement and team effectiveness initiatives
- Administration, interpretation, and application of psychometric assessments
- A valid driver’s licence
- Provide senior specialist leadership development and team enablement consulting, exercising professional judgement in the design and facilitation of leadership and team effectiveness interventions.
- Lead the delivery of leadership development and team enablement interventions within defined leadership programmes and frameworks.
- Independently design, develop, and refine leadership enablement content, tools, and platforms that generate leadership and team insights to inform leadership development and decision-making.
- Generate, interpret, and translate leadership and team diagnostic insights (including psychometric and other assessment data) into practical leadership and team development interventions.
- Utilise a variety of Organisational Development methodologies and best practice approaches to deliver on key functions.
- Lead the facilitation of leadership development and team enablement sessions, applying evidence-based leadership methodologies and psychometric insight.
- Contribute to leadership development initiatives through facilitation of coaching- and mentoring-informed interventions.
