This role is critical to ensuring the CEO's strategic vision is realised across the organisation, making it ideal for a seasoned professional with a background in leadership, client management, and cross-functional coordination.
The Executive Assistant will serve as the right-hand person to the Client Liaison, responsible for overseeing work streams, managing key client relationships, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve the organisation’s strategic objectives. This role requires a highly organised, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects. The Executive Assistant will ensure that the CEO’s vision is executed across departments while maintaining compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation.

Requirements- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Business administration, Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or a related role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships, contract negotiations, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly ISO
27001, ISO
9001, GDPR, and other legal standards. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI development and performance management.
- Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and AI tools (advantageous)
- Own transport and valid driver’s license
