Operations Manager - Electrical - Western Cape​/Freestate

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to oversee operations across the Western Cape and Free State regions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and excellence while managing resources and coordinating multiple teams.

• Manage tender pricing, oversee contracts, plan projects and operations, and control material handling.
• Lead and motivate teams across multiple branches, identify training needs, and address industrial relations issues.
• Utilize technical expertise to solve problems and apply strong organizational skills.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing tender pricing, overseeing contracts (such as JBCC, NEC), and applying strong business acumen to enhance policies and procedures.
• At least 10 years of experience in the electrical, construction, or engineering sectors, particularly in tender and project environments.
• Familiarity with SANS 10142 standards.
• Proficiency in MS Projects and Candy CCS is essential.
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and a clean criminal and credit record required.
