Clinical Medical & Regulatory Director

Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Clinical Medical & Regulatory Director. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of clinical research programs, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the clinical and regulatory affairs functions
• Design and implement clinical research programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the execution of clinical trials, including protocol development, participant recruitment, and data collection and analysis
• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Represent the company at industry conferences, professional meetings, and regulatory hearings
• Provide medical and scientific expertise to internal teams and external partners
• Contribute to the development of regulatory strategies and submissions for new products and indications

• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and other relevant regulations and guidelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of successful project management and team collaboration
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
