Warehouse Supervisor Job Cape Town area,South Africa,Management

Datacentrix Cape Town is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations for our warehouse division. The ideal candidate must have 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role in an ICT environment and proven working knowledge of Sage X3 or a similar ERP system.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) compulsory
Logistics or supply chain management qualification
3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role
Proven ability to coordinate and manage end-to-end warehouse operations
Management of all operational transactions on a reputable ERP System
Experience verifying Purchase Orders against supplier invoices and physical stock
Demonstrated experience overseeing picking, preparation, and dispatch in line with invoicing requirements
Experience managing drivers and coordinating delivery routes
Ability to manage and monitor delivery partner collections, deliveries, and performance
Experience conducting monthly stock counts and weekly hazardous stock counts
Proven people management capability, including structured upskilling and employee development
Ability to align operations to agreed Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and performance standards
Experience ensuring accurate scanning and control of all operational documentation

Responsibilities:

Timeous Receipt and Receiving of stock
Safeguarding all stock ensuring clear identification, correct packaging and storage
Picking and Dispatching of stock aligned to system functionality and standard business principles
Drivers and route coordination
Courier Performance and aligned process and costing
Policy and process adherence, compliance and aligned business methodologies according to Group standards
Employees according to Key Performance Indicators
Required upskilling, training and competency assessments for employees, with intentional documents planning
Agreed and approved Operational Management Agreements
Adherence to approval framework
