Content & Email Marketing Manager

Our client is a digital, full-service, mobile-first marketing agency that helps companies scale and become category leaders.

Hundreds of companies, from startups to global brands like Google, Microsoft, Uber, Samsung, and Reddit, have leveraged their services to enhance their products and maximize their KPIs.

They’re looking for a Content & Email Marketing Manager to be part of their internal marketing team. This role is focused on creating and managing high-impact content across their blog, website, newsletters, and email campaigns: driving brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

● Research, plan, and write engaging content for blog, website, case studies, PRs, and thought leadership articles.

● Develop and execute content strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging.

● Own the full process of email marketing: planning, writing, building, QA, and reporting on monthly newsletters and campaigns.

● Manage and optimize content calendars for internal marketing, ensuring smooth collaboration with design, SEO, and social media teams.

● Repurpose content effectively across different formats (blog posts, newsletters, Linked In posts, case studies).

● Track and report on content and email performance, using insights to refine strategy and maximize impact.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency across SEO, social media, and content initiatives.

● Use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate content ideas, and adapt assets for AI-driven search (AEO), SEO, and LLM optimization.

● 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.

● Previous agency experience: big advantage.

● Strong writing and editing skills, with proven ability to create content for global audiences.

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and email campaign management.

● Solid understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing fundamentals.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Highly organized, with experience in task/project management tools.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).

● Familiarity with SEO & AEO reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, Ahrefs, etc.).
