- Coordinate with the community manager, video editors, and copywriters to align messaging and visual assets across all marketing channels.
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects from planning and brief writing through to delivery and quality control, ensuring all campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
- Use and improve the campaign briefing process, fostering better communication and efficiency between teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a data-driven digital marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced or start-up environment.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas, campaigns, and results confidently.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a hands-on attitude and willingness to try new ideas.
- Must be able to work within UK office hours.
- Native or fluent English speaking, reading, and writing.
- Experience in the wellness industry is desirable but not required.
