Marketing Associate Description We  are seeking a Marketing Associate to support the execution of our marketing initiatives and help strengthen our brand presence across channels.

The Marketing Associate will play a hands-on role in delivering marketing campaigns, producing high-quality content, and supporting business growth initiatives across the Merchant West group. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing specialist who is comfortable working in a fast paced entrepreneurial business.

Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns
* Create and manage marketing content across digital and print channels (website, email, social media, presentations, brochures)
* Support brand consistency and messaging across all business units
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers
* Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
* Maintain marketing databases, CRM inputs, and content libraries
* Ensure all marketing materials comply with internal approval and regulatory requirements Qualifications
* Bachelor of Commerce Marketing
* Diploma in Marketing Experience
* 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
* Experience in financial services, professional services, or a regulated environment (Advantageous)
* Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (Advantageous)
* Good understanding of marketing analytics and reporting (Advantageous)
Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working with digital marketing tools and platforms
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
