You’ll be the engine room behind our campaigns — coordinating people, processes, and platforms to make sure everything runs smoothly in market.
- Coordinate in-store, field, event and mall activations from planning to wrap-up
- Ensure brand ambassadors are recruited, trained, allocated, briefed and ready to perform
- Be hands-on during campaign launches and activations when required
- Manage daily execution standards, compliance, and defect resolution
- Monitor brand ambassador performance against KPIs and campaign objectives
- Maintain constant communication with field teams to keep energy, morale and standards high
- Ensure only trained and approved brand ambassadors are deployed
- Ensure accurate daily reporting, photos, proofs-of-life and check-ins via our systems
- Quality-check sales figures, feedback and data for accuracy and realism
- Compile and submit campaign stats, reports and reconciliations
- Coordinate petty cash, mileage and campaign expenses within approved budgets
- Support promoter payment processes and reconciliations
- Manage campaign kits, collateral, stock distribution and returns with the warehouse
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, supervisors, suppliers and internal teams
- Support client reporting and ensure delivery against agreed objectives
- 2+ years’ experience in campaign coordination, activation management, operations or project management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- Solid admin, reporting and Excel skills (details matter here)
- Confident communicator — written and verbal
- Solution-focused, calm under pressure, and naturally proactive
- Comfortable working weekends when campaigns require it
