We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing strategies for a growing portfolio of Amazon brands. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth through both on-Amazon advertising and off-Amazon traffic generation
, maximizing brand visibility, sales performance, and ROI across multiple product lines.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and deeply knowledgeable of the Amazon ecosystem
, with a proven track record of scaling brands in competitive categories.
Amazon Advertising & Growth Strategy
Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies across all major ad formats, including:
Sponsored Products: Keyword research, automatic and manual campaigns, bid optimization, negative keywords, and ASIN targeting
Sponsored Brands: Headline ads, video ads, custom creatives, brand awareness campaigns, and storefront traffic
Sponsored Display: Retargeting, audience-based ads, product and contextual targeting, and views remarketing
Amazon DSP: Advanced programmatic campaigns using in-market, lifestyle, and cross-device audiences
Emerging formats such as Sponsored TV, Amazon Stores promotions
, and new Amazon ad products
Campaign Management & Optimization
Manage daily campaign performance, budgets, and pacing
Optimize for ACoS, TACoS, ROAS
, and overall profitabilityConduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid strategy adjustments
Build and deliver performance reports using Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central
, and third-party tools
Off-Amazon Traffic & Brand Expansion
Drive high-quality external traffic to Amazon listings and brand stores through:
Affiliate and influencer marketing programs
Social media advertising (Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, You Tube, etc.)
Google Ads and other search/display platforms
Email marketing, content partnerships, and PR initiatives
Creative & Brand Collaboration
Work closely with creative teams to develop and optimize ad assets (images, video, and copy)
Optimize Brand Registry assets, including A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Amazon Posts
Run A/B tests and continuously refine creative and messaging strategies
Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign and sales data to inform strategy and scaling decisions
Track and report on key KPIs including sales, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI
Stay up to date with Amazon policy updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising at scale
Experience managing $500K+ annual ad spend (preferred)
Strong expertise in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP
Advanced analytical skills with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua
, or similarProven ability to scale brands while maintaining profitability
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and creative teams
Experience driving off-Amazon traffic through platforms such as Levanta and other affiliate or influencer networks (Aspire, Grin, Creator
IQ, Amazon Influencer Program, Tik Tok Shop integrations)Background managing multi-brand portfolios or working in an agency environment
Familiarity with Amazon Attribution
