About the RoleMorae is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join as a foundational member of our newly established Product Marketing function. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this is a hands‑on, high‑impact role focused on execution, enablement, and delivery.
You will play a critical role in bringing Morae’s solutions to market driving go‑to‑market execution, developing sales enablement assets, shaping product positioning, and building the content infrastructure that empowers our sales teams to win.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and loves creating tangible, high‑quality marketing assets that sales teams actually use.
Note: This is a highly execution‑focused role. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent creating, producing, and delivering assets rather than high‑level strategy.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Asset Development- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, datasheets, one‑pagers, battle cards, objection‑handling guides, and demo scripts
- Develop customer‑facing content such as case studies, solution briefs, white papers, and ROI calculators
- Build competitive intelligence assets including battle cards, comparison matrices, and win/loss analyses
- Produce product launch materials for new solutions and feature releases
- Own the content creation process end to end, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with Morae’s brand
- Coordinate design and production with internal teams and external partners
- Support sales training through enablement decks, sessions, and certification materials
- Build and maintain sales playbooks including discovery questions, buyer personas, value propositions, talk tracks, and objection handling
- Develop product positioning frameworks that translate technical capabilities into clear business value
- Create demo videos and on‑demand enablement content
- Gather and incorporate sales feedback to continuously improve asset effectiveness
- Execute go‑to‑market and launch strategies, ensuring sales readiness across teams
- Partner with Product Management to translate roadmaps and features into market‑ready messaging
- Support ongoing competitive positioning through market research and analysis
- Collaborate with Marketing to align demand‑generation campaigns with enablement assets
- Manage product marketing operations including content repositories, asset tracking, and version control
- Implement templates and frameworks to ensure scalability and consistency
- Build and manage content libraries using SharePoint / Fusion
- Establish feedback loops and track asset performance (usage, downloads, sales feedback)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience- 4–7 years of B2B product marketing experience (SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services preferred)
- Proven experience executing go‑to‑market strategies and product launches
- Strong background in sales enablement, competitive analysis, and product positioning
- Hands‑on experience creating content across multiple formats (presentations, one‑pagers, case studies, video scripts, web copy)
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear value propositions
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
