Head of Essential Health and Skin Health

What you will doWe are looking for a creative, talented, and passionate Influencer brand manager to join our marketing team. You will work across organic social, build our nano‑ambassador program & support the activation of the full funnel of influence engagement on our Skin Health & Essential Health brands: including NEUTROGENA, AVEENO, JOHNSON’S BABY, LISTERINE & STAYFREE.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a strong ambassador program for NEUTROGENA, AVEENO, JOHNSON’S BABY, LISTERINE & STAYFREE. Build and own relationships with our nano‑influencers via planned seeding and communication plans that align with our full‑funnel influence activation.
- Work with Brand teams & HCP, managing content approvals.
- Promote and respect core brand values and work closely with all departments (from sales, global, design and marketing) and partners to deliver integrated campaigns and relevant content.
- Be a key partner to our local Influence and PR agency partners. Develop and secure consistent, regular and quality on‑brand communication across our owned channels.
- Work closely with Head of Influence & PR, Influence & PR manager, consumer care, marketing and commercial teams to build and deliver exciting campaign and always‑on communication with our ambassadors and on organic social.
- Support in driving growth for the Skin Health and Essential Health for South Africa.
- Contribute to and execute with excellence the Influence and PR strategy.
- Share learnings across the business to drive synergy across markets and drive capability within the organization.
- Use data & tools and demonstrate analytical skills to understand drivers of best‑in‑class Influence and social content performance and recommend actions to take.
- Propose new ambassadors/influencers throughout the full funnel of influencer and support the team in developing long‑term relationships.
- Relevant Marketing or Communication qualification.
- 6+ years’ experience in Influence, PR or content creator management is essential.
- Background in Beauty/Skincare, Hair, lifestyle PR/Influence experience is essential, agency or in‑house background.
- Experience in growing relationships with content creators, media and influencers.
- Experience of building Influence and PR campaigns from brief to approval of execution.
- Good data acumen, being able to analyze influencer metrics and report back to the business.
- Flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise.
- Strong experience of managing a social channel to drive engagement and relevance.
- Passion for stories and current affairs, with the finger on the pulse of social and news trends.
- Experience building strong relationships and the ability to network at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style.
- Can‑do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges.

- Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
