Houston Skilled Consultancy is currently hiring skilled and enthusiastic Baristas / Bartenders for prestigious international luxury cruise lines. • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, coffees, teas, and specialty drinks.

• Offer personalized service by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and making beverage recommendations.

• Ensure bar counters and beverage stations are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

• Handle bar transactions using cruise POS systems and maintain accurate billing records.

• Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, and safety protocols in accordance with cruise line regulations.

• Participate in daily bar inventory checks and restocking as required.

• Collaborate with other food and beverage staff to deliver smooth and efficient guest service.

• Uphold the brand standards of the cruise line and represent the hospitality excellence of Houston Skilled Consultancy.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certifications preferred.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and approachable demeanor.

• Basic math and POS system handling ability.

• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in high-volume service periods.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Bartender in a hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or bar.

• Cruise ship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers with formal barista/bartender training and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) totaling approximately 8–10 hours per day.

• 6-day work week with 1 day off.

• Contract-based role lasting between 6 to 9 months, with potential for renewal.

• Knowledge of classic and modern drink recipes, brewing techniques, and drink presentation.

• Ability to follow cruise safety and sanitation procedures.

• Cultural awareness and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

• A positive mindset and adaptability to life at sea.

• Strong attention to detail and personal grooming standards.
