Position: Fixed Term Demi Chef
An upscale restaurant on a beautiful 5-star estate is looking for a FIXED TERM DEMI CHEF

We are looking for a passionate and disciplined Demi-Chef de Partie to join this world-class culinary team on a fixed-term basis. If you are a dedicated professional with a refined palate and an eye for meticulous detail, we invite you to bring your talent to an estate where excellence is not just a standard, but a way of life.

Core criteria:

Culinary Certificate/Diploma
Preferably 2-3 years of previous experience as a Demi Chef De Partie
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills
Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments
Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
Professional manner and attitude
Punctual & self-disciplined
Extreme attention to detail
The ideal candidate must reside in Stellenbosch or the close surrounding areas.

This is a live-out position.
