Chef de Partie

• Proven experience in a Hot Kitchen environment (essential)
• Ability to maintain high food standards and consistency
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must have reliable transport to and from the Southern Suburbs area
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Prepare and present dishes to the hotel’s quality standards
• Assist with menu preparation and daily mise en place
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen operations
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
