Holden Manz Wine Estate seeking skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for growth and leadership.
Senior Chef de Partie Reporting to: ManagerType: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Running a section independently during service
- Assisting the Sous and Head Chef with daily operations
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Stock control, ordering, and prep planning
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensuring hygiene, health, and safety standards are upheld at all times
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous
- Strong service skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Leadership ability with a calm, professional approach
- Passion for food, consistency, and kitchen discipline
- Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
