Holden Manz Wine Estate seeking skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for growth and leadership.

Senior Chef de Partie Reporting to: ManagerType: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:

Running a section independently during service
Assisting the Sous and Head Chef with daily operations
Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Stock control, ordering, and prep planning
Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Ensuring hygiene, health, and safety standards are upheld at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous
Strong service skills and the ability to work under pressure
Leadership ability with a calm, professional approach
Passion for food, consistency, and kitchen discipline
Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
